Nice idea - but it doesn't hold up against logic or the economy.

Where does the money come from to pay for this? Should the federal reserve just print it? Where do we draw the line?

People should be paid for providing value - raising children is a choice.

Ideas like this are inherently toxic, debasing the US Dollar will have treacherous consequences for future generations.

Like the environment, we also need to protect the financial standing of this country.
